Explore servicesMost Second Life estates run on automation. A missed payment triggers a three-hour clock; items get returned without warning; raising a concern means posting in a queue and hoping someone sees it.
We work differently. Every tenant has a direct line to a person. Grace periods are measured in days, not hours. Your items are never returned without notice and a reasonable window to retrieve them. The rate you rent at is the rate you keep, and it does not go up.
The name is a promise: warmth, good company, and a place you want to come back to. That is what we are building here.

Professional Services
One-off project work for venues, stores, and properties, including terraforming, landscaping, decorating, club or store technology setup, and initial club consulting. Store and rental work is limited to setup; we do not provide broader store or rental consulting.
Managed Services
Complete day-to-day estate operations handled by Bacchus, including rental administration, resident support, staff workflows, systems oversight, and ongoing management.
